Healthy Homemade Ice Cream
Homemade Ice Cream
With a protein powder use 1/2 C of milk / Without a protein powder use 1/4 C of milk (plant based is recommended)
Use 1 scoop of protein powder of your choice / or 2 actual tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 large tablespoon of peanut butter or nut butter of your choice
1 frozen banana and any other frozen fruit you’d like
Blend.
*If you need substitutions for the banana or you’d like a few other tweaks, please watch the video.*
